My Portfolio Site!
A brief introduction to my new portfolio site, where I'll share my work, opinions, and projects, along with blog posts on AI, tech, and my companies. Plus, a look at upcoming site features.
Welcome to my brand new Portfolio site, it's been a long time coming. I have wanted a space separate from my companies to showcase my work in a unified way, and also get to express my opinions, hobbies, and things I find interesting on the open web! I hope this becomes a sort of "Digital Sanctuary" of my digital footprint.
What I Will Post on My Blog
I plan to post many things on my blog, from personal "Diary"-type posts reviewing my future plans for my companies to product reviews, to disassembling a GPU, or really just anything I find interesting. I hope this can be an open place. I plan on adding comments in eventually and a sort of "discussion" area to each post. I would also like to express my ideals, opinions, vision, and values here. I will try to stay out of direct "politics," but when politics intersects a part of my business, life, or vision/future technologies — stuff like a 3D printing ban, AI regulation, Tesla Full Self-Driving approval, etc. — I hope to make this a unifying space of information rather than a place to argue politics, as I think there are enough places for that. Here, we can debate regulation on things like Full Self-Driving, 3D printing, etc., but no political arguments.
What's Coming Next? (Blog)
I plan to post a few things to the blog in the coming months. Here is a list:
- Updates on my RC car project
- My personal AI usage and how you should use it too
- My vision for Hybrid Hosting
- An opinion article on the state of Full Self-Driving
- Dissecting a Tesla HW3 (AI3) Full Self-Driving computer for research and talking about the differences between HW3 and HW4
What's Coming Next? (Site)
I plan to add a few things to the site in the coming months. Here is a list:
- A more in-depth "About" section
- Comments/Discussion channels
- A working "Schedule Call" button
For a little bit of context about the Comment/Discussion Channels, these will be a hybrid between a YouTube comment section and a Discord DM. The goal is to make a place for people to easily communicate their ideas and keep track of their conversations. This may take a few months of development to get right. I plan on using LLMs to organize topics into their own "folders," along with a comment section where formulated ideas exist as single blocks of space, making it easier to jump into a conversation, address concerns, and state opinions.
This is not just a place for people to communicate and discuss ideas, this is also my professional portfolio of my work. So, there will also be content on the landing page and other pages about my resume, booking calls, etc. If you are here just to communicate, you can ignore those. If you're here for business, you can join the discussions or read into the hopefully deep intellectual conversations being had about topics such as AI, the Internet, networking, computers, and much more.
Thanks for reading my first blog post, there will be many more to come.
Have a great rest of your day,
Koby Pierce
